Tutor Trainer track: This specialized track is intended for practitioners who are directly responsible for coordinating and/or directing a tutor training program at the college level. This includes individuals who recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate content and study skill tutors who provide group or individual tutoring. While the focus of this track is on directing, training and supervising college-level "peer" tutors, it is also suitable for those whose tutoring staff include faculty tutors and/or volunteer tutors who support a college-level tutoring program. It is NOT intended for individuals who oversee Supplemental Instruction or Peer Mentoring programs. This track will focus exclusively on content related to tutors, tutoring programs, and tutor training.

Peer Educator track: This track is intended for program coordinators who train/supervise college/university peer educator programs. This includes individuals who oversee the development and implementation of peer educator initiatives such as peer academic coaches, peer educators, classroom leaders, FYE student facilitators, TRiO, etc. Specifically, this track is designed for individuals who are new to supervising peer educator programs and/or individuals who are developing new initiatives. The Institute will provide an opportunity to explore foundational principles of peer educator programming and strategies for successful implementation. This track is NOT intended for individuals who oversee tutoring programs.
